Enjoying cookies, which contain only fresh ingredients, low in calories but packed with flavors and give you the necessary energy as a snack, it is possible with these banana-based cookies!
Ingredients:
25 biscuits:
2 Large ripe bananas. (About 200 g)
30 g Pitted dates. (About 3 large dates.)
1 egg
50 g coconut flour
75 g oat flour. (Finely ground oatmeal).
25 g Fondant chocolate (drops or chunks)
10 g Maple syrup.
5 ml Coconut oil.
(Optional) 15 drops of Caramel natural flavoring (body & fit)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mash the bananas.
Cutter the dates in a food processor.
Add coconut flour, oat flour together in a mixing bowl.
Make a hole in which you break the egg.
Also add the mashed bananas, dates, maple syrup, coconut oil, (optional) flavoring.
Finally, add the chocolate drops or chunks.
Knead well until everything is divided.
Turn equal balls of your dough.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and arrange the dough balls.
Press the balls flat with the back of a glass.
Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes.
When fully cooled, store in the refrigerator so you can enjoy them little longer.
