Dalgona iced coffee.

You have probably seen this trend passing by somewhere.

The original version is a real sugar bomb, but today I tested whether you can make them with stevia, which will save you some calories!

And yes! It worked!

This is my new guilt-free pleasure!

What do you need?

  • A mixer with whisk.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp instant espresso coffee.

  • 1 tbsp stevia or sugar (every sugar of choice works)

  • 4 tbsp boiling water.

  • 150 - 200 ml milk of your choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)

  • Ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Pour milk into a glass and add ice cubes.

  2. Put instant coffee and stevia in a mixer suitable cup or bowl and add 4 tbsp of boiling water.

  3. Stir with a spoon until the coffee and stevia is dissolved.

  4. Now take the whisk and beat at high speed until a fluffy, creamy mass forms.

  5. Spoon the “whipped coffee” over the milk.

You can of course also make these as regular hot coffee, if so first heat up your milk and leave the ice cubes away.

Ready! Enjoy!
