Konjac noodles with Skrei.


Konjac noodles are very low in calories (6kcal / 100g), carb and gluten free. They are made from a fiber in the konjac plant glucomannan. They are perfect to replace glass noodles or noodles in general. Always rinse them well in a sieve before use!











Ingredients:


  • Skrei or ordinary cod fillet (with skin).

  • Pink shrimps.

  • Konjac noodles.

  • Clove look.

  • Onion

  • Green asparagus.

  • Young spinach leaf.

  • Oyster sauce

  • fish sauce

  • ketchap manis

  • lemon juice.

  • coconut oil.

  • (optional) dried chili


Directions:


  1. Chop the onion and the garlic.

  2. Cut all vegetables rough.

  3. Heat some coconut oil in a deep pan or wok.

  4. Fry onions, garlic .

  5. Add the shrimps and all vegetables.

  6. Heat some coconut oil in another pan and fry the cod first nicely (on the skin side) then lower to a small fire and put a lid over the fish and cook until it is ready.

  7. Pour a dash of oyster sauce, fish sauce, ketchap manis and some lemon into the vegetables and shrimps.

  8. Rinse the noodles well.

  9. Finally add to the vegetables and stir well.

  10. Finish with a little pepper and for those who like extra spice some chili.

  11. Spoon onto a plate and place the fish on top and garnish (optional) with some cilantro or flat-leaf parsley.


Tip:

To check the doneness of your fish, you can carefully prick the fillet with a toothpick and wedge it, if the fish tends to fall apart, it is cooked.
