Protein banana pastries.

As you could read in a previous post, I am a real breakfast person but unfortunately time doesn’t always allow me to make a nice breakfast. This pastry can be made perfectly in advance and heated up briefly and topped with your favorite topping.

Ingredients:


6 pastries:

  • 1 Half ripe banana.

  • 1 egg

  • 15 g (Smart) vanilla protein powder.

  • 25 g Cottage cheese (cottage cheese or cottage cheese)

  • 25 g Protein (I used Two Chicks brand pre-packaged proteins.)

  • 35 ml Almond milk (unsweetened).

  • Fat of your choice (but no olive oil).




Directions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Mash the banana.

  3. Add all other ingredients and mix until smooth.

  4. Grease a cupcake baking pan and divide the dough.

  5. Bake it at 180 degrees for 7 min.

  6. Lower the degrees to 160 and bake for another 5 - 8 minutes until the pastries are golden brown.


I garnished with pieces of fried apple and raisins (which I soaked overnight in almond milk) and cinnamon, some agave syrup and ready.
