Ingredients:
Two portions:
75 g Rice of choice. (I experimented with brown rice).
250 ml Unsweetened almond milk.
50 g Coconut milk
10 g Honey.
5 g Raw cocoa.
15 g Vanilla protein powder.
Topping:
100 g low-fat Greek yogurt.
1 tsp Vanilla extract (you can also replace this with fruit or sweetener of your choice).
15 g Almonds flakes.
Directions:
Bring rice to boil together with the other ingredients and reduce heat to low. (stir frequently)
It is important that the rice is fully cooked.
Divide the porridge between 2 jars and let it cool.
Roast the almond flakes in a pan (dry).
Mix yogurt and pour over the porridge.
Sprinkle with the roasted almond flakes.
