The strawberry season has started again! Buy your strawberries from the local farmer, these are not only tastier, you will also find better quality for a smaller price at your local fruit merchant! (The quality of strawberries can vary a lot!) Don't forget to wash them well before use!
Ingredients:
1 pancake contains:
5 g of fine oat flakes.
1 whole egg.
15 g (lean / smart / casein / whey) vanilla protein powder.
35 ml of unsweetened almond milk.
5 g of fat (preferably butter)
100 g of fresh strawberries.
Directions
Beat the egg together with the oats and the protein powder.
Pour in the milk and stir.
Beat it into a smooth batter.
Grease the pan and wait until it is hot.
Bake the pancake on both sides until golden brown.
