Quick protein porridge with banana and chocolate.

A tasty and warm oatmeal bowl on a winter morning. What else do you want?

Especially when you know how quickly this is fixed!



Ingredients:

Per portion:


  • 100 ml Unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 100 ml of water

  • 30 g Oatmeal flakes.

  • 15 g Vanilla protein powder.

  • Pinch of cinnamon


Topping:


  • 1 banana

  • Chia seed

  • Coconut shavings

  • Chopped dark chocolate


Directions:


  1. Mix milk, water and oatmeal in a small bowl.

  2. Place in the microwave for 3 minutes on the highest setting.

  3. After 3 minutes, stir well and add cinnamon and protein powder, mix well together until smooth.

  4. Garnish the toppings on the porridge.
