Ingredients:
Per portion:
100 ml Unsweetened almond milk (or milk of your choice)
100 ml of water
30 g Oatmeal flakes.
15 g Vanilla protein powder.
Pinch of cinnamon
Topping:
1 banana
Chia seed
Coconut shavings
Chopped dark chocolate
Directions:
Mix milk, water and oatmeal in a small bowl.
Place in the microwave for 3 minutes on the highest setting.
After 3 minutes, stir well and add cinnamon and protein powder, mix well together until smooth.
Garnish the toppings on the porridge.
