Deliciously creamy brownies from banana and avocado.
Ingredients:
1 egg
100 g avocado (+ - 1/2 avocado)
200 g of banana
25 g Pure cocoa powder
10 g Maca powder
20 g chocolate protein powder.
1 tbsp baking powder
10 g maple syrup.
(Optional) 10 drops of flavor drops caramel (Body & fit)
25 g Fondant chocolate chunks.
Topping:
(Optional)
Peanut butter (with pieces peanut)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Mash the avocado with the bananas and mix together with the egg.
Add all other ingredients and mix to a smooth batter.
Finally, stir in the chocolate chunks
Line a baking tin with baking paper and pour the batter into it.
Place in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes. (Check with a skewer for doneness).
Let it cool well (just leave it in the baking tin for a few hours)
(Optional)
spread peanut butter as a topping on the brownies. (I do this piece by piece, so you can still choose with or without topping afterwards.)
you can keep them 3 to 4 day store them in a closed jar, in the refrigerator.
