Strawberries are low in calories and packed with vitamin C!
Ingredients
Per portion:
50 g strawberries.
20 g oatmeal.
10 g lean vanilla protein.
25 ml of coconut milk.
75 ml coconut drink.
Directions:
Boil (low heat) coconut milk and coconut drink.
Add the oats and protein powder and let it thicken.
Spoon into the desired bowl and top with fresh strawberries.
Simple as that!
