Mango protein bowl.



Ingrediënten:

Smoothie:

  • 1/2 Bevroren banaan.

  • 100 g bevroren mango.

  • 10 g (Lean) vanille proteïne poeder.

  • 100 ml Amandelmelk ongezoet.


Toppings:

  • Verse granola. (Recept vind je terug in vorige )

  • Bevroren rode vruchten.

  • Kokosschaafsel

  • Zwarte sesam

  • Verse munt

Bereiding:


  1. Blend alle ingrediënten van de smoothie, kies je favoriete kom en garneer met de toppings.

  • 10 g (Lean) vanilla protein powder.

  • 100 ml unsweetened almond milk.


Toppings:

  • Homemade granola (recipe in feed)

  • Frozen red fruits.

  • Coconut shaving.

  • Black sesame.

  • Freshly chopped mint.



Directions:


  1. Blend all the smoothie ingredients, put it in your favorite bowl and garnish with the toppings.
